Thai Binh Economic Zone was established to bring great development opportunities for Tien Hai Industrial Park - Viglacera
The Prime Minister has just issued a decision on the establishment of Thai Binh Economic Zone with an area of about 30,000 hectares. Thai Binh Economic Zone will be developed into a multi-sectoral economic zone, taking advantages of province, creating more jobs, raising the quality of human resources and increasing laborers' incomes.
Located in the Thai Binh Economic Zone, businesses in Tien Hai Industrial Zone of Viglacera will enjoy many incentives such as CIT: preferential tax rate of 10% for 15 years; Tax exemption for the first - 4 years and deduction of 50% for the next 9 years; Land rental incentives: Free land rental fee for 13 years; Import tax incentives; PIT incentives, and incentive policies applicable to economic zones.
Besides, the coastal highway connecting six northern coastal provinces (Quang Ninh - Hai Phong - Thai Binh - Nam Dinh - Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa) was commenced in May 2017, in which the highway in Thai Binh province will be completed by the end of 2018, will shorten the distance and time to move from Tien Hai Industrial Zone to Hai Phong Port (40km - 60 minutes).
In addition, Tien Hai Industrial Zone also has a great advantage in terms of energy when located in the Tien Hai gas field with large CNG gas reserves of hundreds of billion cubic meters, an annual capacity of 200 million cubic meters of gas. Moreover, with the advantage of having the most abundant labor force in the north with the labor force in the province and surrounding provinces is up to 5.5 million workers, enterprises in the Tien Hai Industrial Zone will be very easy to find and recruit labor.
