The first social housing for lease at Hanoi has officially started to operate

Most of families curently have moved in to the Dang Xa social housing for lease at Dang Xa Urban Area - Gia Lam - Hanoi. This project is the first social housing for lease in Hanoi that was actively invested by enterprise. The project built on plots of NO3 and NO4 at  Dang Xa Urban Area 2 of Viglacera Corporation, with total area of 10,000 m2, including two 6-floors buildings, 270 apartments of 45, 47, 60 and 69, 5m2 and leasing prises from over 1 million to 2 million VND per month.

Accommodation or "slums" room, and pricing are always the biggest concern for students, workers who come from other provinces going to the Hanoi to study, work and also for the familes has not yet enough conditions to buy the house. The policy of developing the social housing and especially the social housing for lease has solved all of these concerns.

In Hanoi, There has many social housing projects successful implemented and started to operate, in which the most outstanding social housing project is at Dang Xa Urban Area with prestigious brand owners as well as the ensuring of construction progress, quality of construction and infrastructure services. Notably, infrastructure and landscape of this social housing are connected synchronously with the technical infrastructure, and the entire urban landscape, so the family rented here would enjoy common utilities of both urban areas as other households with service fee of 2,000 VND/m2. The electricity and water fee will be charged according to the price set by the state.

As one client in the project, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (Gia Lam, Hanoi) excited to share that: We just moved to Dang Xa social housing last 2 weeks, but her family had sensed the advanced living environment, with many modern facilities in this Urban areas. In particular, she and her husband had been free of worries about housing when they are planning to have first baby, no longer have to think when they have guests, family members came to visit or unusually wet weather, security and high house prices.

With priority policy for tenants to buy their leased appartment after 5 years, Ms Huong’s family had planned to prepare a budget to buy the apartment where her family is leasing.
