Viglacera starts 10th Industrial Zone in Ha Nam

Dong Van Industrial Zone 4 will be started on 11 November 2016 by Viglacera in Ha Nam, marked the 10th Industrial Zone investment in the country of Viglacera Viglacera Corporation JSC will launch the Dong Van Industrial Zone 4, in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam.

Dong Van Industrial Zone 4 of Viglacera has two phases with a total area of 600 ha. At the beginning, Viglacera will implement Phase I equivalent of 300 ha. During the Launching Ceremony, Chairman of Ha Nam Province will award certificates of investment and red book for the first three enterprises of Dong Van Industrial Zone 4.

All three companies are from South Korea, two of them are specializing in the production of electronic components used in automobiles, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves ..., are trusted partners of many great brands like Samsung, LG, Rinnai, Hyundai, Kia, GE, Ford, Toshiba, among others.

Earlier on 6 August 2016, at the Ha Nam Investment Promotion Conference chaired by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Viglacera Corporation JSC was officially awarded by the leader of Ha Nam Province the certificate of investment related to the development of Dong Van industrial Zone 4, Phase I with an area of 300 ha.

Viglacera received the investment license of Dong Van Industrial Zone 4, Phase 1 in August this year.

To date, Viglacera completed the process of land clearance and building infrastructure and starts to hand over land for these enterprises to carry out plant construction expected to be ready to come into operation by early 2017.

Dong Van Industrial Zone 4 Viglacera has an advantageous geographical location, located on Highway 38, easily connecting to Highway 1 heading to Hanoi and Hanoi - Hai Phong highway heading for Hai Phong harbor, travel time from the industrial zone to Hanoi is just 40 minutes, 1 h15 to Noi Bai International Airport, 1h30 to Hai Phong Port, very convenient for importers and exporters transporting goods by air and sea, appealed to high quality human resources from the Capital.

Besides, the industrial zone has another advantage of abundant labor resources with almost 500 thousand workers in the province and more than 4 million workers from neighboring provinces. To attract workers, Viglacera will build housing for workers and experts adjacent to the industrial zone to ensure stable housing needs for staff, professionals, and workers in the Industrial Zone.

According to the development orientation of industrial zone of Ha Nam Province and the direction of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at the Ha Nam Investment Promotion Conference held in August 2016, Dong Van Industrial Zone 4 Viglacera will have selected sector attractions prioritized, ensuring sustainable development, and economic development in parallel with environment preservation.

With experience of investing in previous nine industrial zones and the preparation of financial resources, Viglacera affirmed to quickly undertake and complete Dong Van 4 project according to the progress registered with Ha Nam Province, and make sure the best infrastructure for businesses investing in the industrial zone, contributing to Viglacera prestige in the field of real estate.
