Recently, a series of Employee Conferences were held across many units within Viglacera Corporation – JSC. The most common theme emerging from these individual events is that Viglacera employees are consistently cared for, encouraged, and provided with the best conditions by the Company’s leadership and trade union organizations at all levels to innovate and fully demonstrate their capabilities. Conversely, they are also the core force implementing production, business, and investment development strategies, contributing to a historic milestone: for the first time, Viglacera achieved consolidated profit before tax of VND 2,202 billion, exceeding the annual plan by 26% and increasing by 35% compared to 2024.
VIGLACERA AAC JSC: FOCUSING ON PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT & EMPLOYEE WELFARE
The Employee Conference at Viglacera AAC JSC took place as the company recorded impressive growth, with profit before tax in 2025 reaching VND 8.052 billion, far exceeding the target. Entering 2026, benefiting from the favorable green materials market, the company boldly sets a profit target of VND 18 billion, representing a breakthrough growth of 224%, with expected revenue exceeding VND 274.9 billion.

To realize these ambitious targets, delegates at the Conference agreed to focus on flexible management solutions such as optimizing operations, reducing inventory, and notably increasing plant capacity to 240,000 m³ per year.
Presentations at the Conference emphasized strict monitoring of technological processes to ensure that Grade A1 bricks reach a 98% ratio and A1 panels reach 95%, reaffirming the commitment to highest quality within Viglacera’s AAC ecosystem.
Alongside economic goals, the company’s sustainable development philosophy is concretized through increased average employee income and comprehensive welfare policies such as 13th-month salary bonuses and annual vacation programs.
In a democratic dialogue atmosphere, the Company’s leadership directly addressed recommendations from production teams and committed to improving working conditions in autoclave areas and automated cutting lines to ensure absolute labor safety.
The signing of a Collective Labor Agreement with enhanced provisions on health benefits and innovation rewards has become a strong motivational force, strengthening the bond between individuals and the company’s development. The success of the Conference demonstrates unity and determination among employees to conquer new milestones and contribute to the green transformation of the construction industry.
VIGLACERA COLLEGE: A FOUNDATION SUPPORTING EVERY EMPLOYEE
In the context of a volatile labor market, building a stable, humane working environment and creating long-term development opportunities for employees has become a key factor for training institutions. In 2025, the Employee Conference of Viglacera College recorded significant efforts in implementing employee welfare policies.
As of December 31, 2025, Viglacera College had 38 staff, lecturers, and employees, with 100% holding labor contracts in accordance with legal regulations. Maintaining stable employment for the entire workforce amid economic challenges reflects proactive governance and development orientation.

Average income in 2025 reached VND 16.26 million/person/month, up 7% compared to 2024. In addition to salaries, employees received full benefits under the Collective Labor Agreement, including 13th-month salary, holiday bonuses, and other welfare policies.
Social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance were fully implemented for 100% of employees. Leave and sickness benefits were handled promptly and transparently, ensuring long-term social security.
Recognizing people as the center of development, the school’s Board of Management and Trade Union have focused on comprehensive care for employees, including meal support of VND 25,000/person/day, annual health check-ups, and collective bonding activities. In 2025, 37 staff members participated in a retreat at Quan Lan – Minh Chau – Van Don.
Alongside welfare, the institution emphasizes building a safe, democratic, and professional working environment. Occupational safety, hygiene, and fire prevention systems were effectively maintained. The 5S/Kaizen model was implemented, contributing to a clean, scientific workplace and enhanced discipline.
Grassroots democracy regulations were implemented in accordance with Decree 145/2020/ND-CP, enabling employees to contribute opinions on matters directly affecting their rights.
Professional emulation movements such as “Good Teaching – Good Learning,” participation in industrial exhibitions, self-made training equipment competitions, and international cooperation programs have fostered innovation and enabled lecturers to access new technologies, especially in automation and artificial intelligence.
Thanks to these achievements, the College’s Trade Union was rated as having successfully completed its tasks in 2025. Entering 2026, the College continues to promote movements such as “Good Teaching – Good Learning – Good Management – Quality Training Services,” while improving living standards and building a green, clean, and beautiful working environment.
EMPLOYEE CONFERENCE AT VIGLACERA YEN MY INDUSTRIAL PARK DEVELOPMENT JSC: BREAKTHROUGH REVENUE & ENHANCED EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
At the Employee Conference of Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development JSC, Mr. Tran Xuan Hung – Director of the Company – stated: “By closely following the Corporation’s strategic direction, the company has proactively managed operations flexibly, achieving many outstanding results.”
Accordingly, total revenue in 2025 reached VND 1,077.673 billion, equivalent to 219.2% of the plan. Profit before tax reached VND 664.925 billion, achieving 467.5% of the plan, clearly reflecting operational and financial efficiency.
Employee income continued to improve, with average salaries reaching nearly VND 35 million/person/month, exceeding the plan. Welfare policies included meal allowances, annual vacations, periodic health check-ups, birthday celebrations, support during illness and family events, and social and charitable activities—creating a positive, united, and cohesive working environment.
According to the report, industrial park infrastructure leasing remained the main revenue driver. Yen My Industrial Park alone generated VND 1,050.295 billion, equivalent to 223.5% of the annual plan, while operational services contributed VND 26.377 billion, reaching 143.2% of the plan.
Construction investment activities were actively implemented. In 2025, Yen My Industrial Park received its second construction permit for 44 hectares and adjusted contractor selection regulations to improve implementation efficiency. The clean water supply plant project with a capacity of 2,900 m³/day also completed investment approval, design, and contractor selection processes.
Investment attraction activities remained strong, with six new investors signing contracts. To date, the industrial park has attracted dozens of investors from countries and territories such as South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Germany, Singapore, China, and Vietnam, with total contract value exceeding VND 4,100 billion and an occupancy rate of approximately 80%.
For the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park project, many important legal milestones were completed, and the project was officially commenced during a major national celebration. Currently, 242 hectares have been cleared, with 105 hectares officially allocated and 68 hectares granted land use certificates. Site leveling is underway, along with ongoing investor attraction efforts.
In addition to reporting on business performance and future directions, the Conference included thematic presentations clarifying solutions to improve operational efficiency. The Operation Management Unit committed to maintaining infrastructure quality through regular maintenance of power systems and internal roads, as well as optimizing wastewater treatment systems to meet environmental standards—enhancing core value and post-sale service quality.
The Finance Department emphasized proactive updates of 2025 legal policies to protect employee rights while tightly managing loan capital to ensure absolute financial safety.
In 2026, key tasks include maximizing the efficiency of Yen My Industrial Park and creating breakthroughs for the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park project in Khanh Hoa to drive revenue growth. The Company also committed to studying flexible sales incentive mechanisms, encouraging external resources to participate in investment attraction, turning every partner and employee into a brand ambassador.
Through the Collective Labor Agreement with numerous provisions safeguarding employee rights, the Company’s leadership demonstrates its commitment to the philosophy that “employees are the most valuable asset.” The workforce of Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development JSC has also shown unity and determination to elevate the company to new heights, contributing meaningfully to the sustainable development ecosystem of the Corporation.
