Viglacera Honored Among the Top 10 Leading Industrial Real Estate Developers in Vietnam
On the evening of June 2, the Second Vietnam National Real Estate Awards Ceremony was held at the National Convention Center, organized by the Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA). The event was conducted under the direction and patronage of the Ministry of Construction. At the ceremony, Viglacera Corporation – JSC was honored in the category of Top 10 Leading Industrial Real Estate Developers in Vietnam. This recognition reflects Viglacera’s outstanding contributions to the development of Vietnam’s industrial real estate market and the national economy.

The Second Vietnam National Real Estate Awards attracted more than 200 submissions from over 70 enterprises nationwide and were evaluated through a rigorous, objective and transparent assessment process under the strict scoring of a judging panel comprising 12 experts.
It is reported that from the very beginning of its launch, the Second Vietnam National Real Estate Awards received strong interest and enthusiastic participation from the business community nationwide. The Organizing Committee received a large number of applications across many important categories, including Top 10 Leading Real Estate Enterprises in Vietnam; Top 10 Most Promising Real Estate Enterprises in Vietnam; Top 10 Most Livable Urban Area Projects in Vietnam; Top 10 Most Promising Commercial Housing Projects in Vietnam; Top 10 Outstanding Projects Toward Sustainable Development Goals in Vietnam, among others.
At the Second Vietnam National Real Estate Awards Ceremony, Viglacera Corporation – JSC was honored in the category of Top 10 Leading Industrial Real Estate Enterprises in Vietnam. On behalf of the Corporation, Mr. Bui Le Cao Ke – Deputy General Director of Viglacera Corporation – JSC received the award.
