On April 10, at the Viglacera Research and Development Institute (Viglacera Corporation - JSC), the training course on environmental management and fire prevention and fighting officially opened. The program is expected to last for 5 days with the participation of 52 officers in charge of environment, safety, and technology from member units of the Corporation.

On the occasion of the 38th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers 'Day, in the morning of November 20, 2020, Viglacera Corporation, Viglacera College held the Vietnam Teachers' Day Anniversary and Training Conference of the Corporation 2020.

As one of the College assessed by the General Department of Vocational Education as a typical school for the training model associated with enterprises, in 2017, Viglacera College officially became a strategic training partner of Samsung Display Vietnam company (SDV) through the cooperation in organizing the implementation of college-level training programs for production staff of the Company.

Recently, Innovent e.V technology Development Germany has visited and worked with Viglacera at headquater of Viglacera - No1 Thang long Avenue - Hanoi. Shortly after the visit, the two parties signed the memorandum of understanding about cooperation in the field of glass coatings on the date of 11/01/2017 at Viglacera saving energy glass factory.

On 17th November 2015, British Council organized the annual International Conference on Skills Development "Bringing the Learning Home 2015" in Birmingham - UK. In the framework of the seminar, British Council would award "International Skills Partnership" for the most successful partnership of the year. Competing against a diverse range of very successful skills projects from 25 countries in the world, the Proskills – Viglacera project has made it to the elite shortlist. On behalf of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, Mr. Jonathan Ledger – CEO Proskills UK attended the ceremony and accepted the prize.

Within the cooperation in vocational training program at international quality standards between Viglacera and Proskills UK, Proskills recently conducted "Assessor/Internal Quality Assurer(IQA) Training" for assessors and internal quality assurers in manufacturing units under Viglacera Corporation – JCS, as well as a Curriculum Design Training at Viglacera Vocational College.

It’s been a very enjoyable few days hosting the a delegation from Viglacera, Vietnam on a study visit study visit. As well as the head of HR, we had four directors from the R&D division – who are also factory managers and part time lecturers at the Viglacera Vocational College, resulting in a lively and technical Q&A session.

In the morning of June 7th, 2014, after 10 days Proskills UK Group working in Vietnam, specifically in Viglacera Vocational College and some Viglacera subsidiaries, Proskills and Viglacera have held a discussion and evaluation on the study visit, and signed a Principle Contract for “Development of Vocational Training Programs at international level and quality for four areas: Glass, Ceramic Tiles, Granite Tiles, and Sanitary Ware”.
