Inauguration of the Viglacera Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) – The “Digital Brain” Powering Green & Smart Industrial Parks
Hanoi, December 31, 2025 – This morning, Viglacera Corporation – JSC officially inaugurated the Viglacera Intelligent Operations Center (IOC Viglacera), a major milestone in the company’s strategy to develop Green & Smart Industrial Parks. The IOC is regarded as a strategic step forward in the management, monitoring, and sustainable development of the industrial park ecosystem invested in and operated by Viglacera.
Over the past period, Viglacera has focused its investments on two core pillars underpinning its new-generation industrial park development strategy, officially launched by the Corporation’s leadership in February 2024: Green Solutions and Smart Solutions. After nearly two years of persistent and focused implementation, the initial results have now become clearly visible.

The green solutions aim to use clean energy, conserve resources, and strictly control pollution. Specifically: First, the use of clean and energy-saving solutions through the deployment of solar power systems and the installation of EV charging stations, contributing to reduced reliance on fossil fuels. The solar power system alone helps cut electricity costs by at least 15% per month and significantly reduces CO₂ emissions.
Second, the application of an automatic chemical control and dosing system at wastewater treatment plants. This system uses sensors to continuously and automatically monitor wastewater quality. Based on real-time monitoring signals, the system automatically adjusts chemical dosing via metering pumps equipped with inverters and flow meters, ensuring effective treatment, reducing waste, and enhancing operational safety. The entire system is integrated into a centralized SCADA platform for monitoring and timely alerts.
In parallel, Viglacera has deployed a Corporate Wastewater Quality Monitoring System. Online monitoring stations are synchronously installed to continuously track key indicators (such as COD, TSS, and pH) and transmit real-time data back to the central system. This enhances environmental management efficiency, ensures regulatory compliance, and increases transparency in wastewater discharge. Treated wastewater is also recycled and reused for irrigation within industrial parks.
The Smart Solutions focus on accelerating digital transformation to improve service quality and management efficiency, including the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC), the Smart Infrastructure Management System, and the Digitalization of Customer Services.

At the same time, the smart infrastructure management system—comprising smart lighting, AI-powered cameras, and automatic fire alarm systems—has also been put into operation.
The automatic fire warning system provides rapid and accurate alerts, instantly transmitting information to the Operations Center and automatically connecting with fire prevention and firefighting authorities. Notably, the system integrates a digital GIS map to quickly identify incident locations, fire hydrants, and the fastest access routes in case of emergencies.
Viglacera has also piloted a Customer Application at Yen Phong Industrial Park since May 2025 and plans to expand it across other industrial parks in its portfolio. This application digitizes all infrastructure and operational data, provides online support for administrative procedures and operational processes, and enables customers to manage information, invoices, data inquiries, feedback, and direct communication.
To achieve further breakthroughs, Viglacera plans to cooperate with financially capable partners that have strong investment and business advantages to develop component projects within industrial parks. These efforts aim to enhance amenities, elevate quality and branding, and maximize land-use efficiency. The Corporation will also continue investing in additional utility facilities, digitalized operations management, environmental quality improvements, and the integration of smart technologies—strengthening competitiveness and gradually advancing toward the development of green and smart industrial parks, ultimately moving toward integrated industrial cities combined with eco-urban models.

With an additional planned expansion of approximately 2,000–3,000 hectares, in 2025 Viglacera has focused on high-potential localities such as Bac Ninh, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, and Lang Son.

Viglacera is determined to gradually transform both new and existing industrial parks around core objectives: minimizing consumption of raw materials and fuels; reducing water usage; promoting energy efficiency; increasing the use of renewable energy; and cutting pollution and emissions—thereby delivering tangible benefits to secondary investors.
The inauguration of the IOC is likened to activating a central “digital brain,” responsible for receiving, connecting, monitoring, and centrally controlling all technical systems (cameras, electricity, water, fire prevention, etc.). The IOC comprehensively manages operations across green industrial parks, applying modern technologies to integrate data from multiple systems and provide a holistic, intuitive overview of operational and environmental indicators.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Bui Le Cao Ke stated: “IOC Viglacera will serve as a strategic information coordination hub, supporting the effective deployment of technology, environmental, and safety solutions across green industrial parks. The green industrial park standards and service systems we pursue all focus on reducing emissions, cutting greenhouse gases, and promoting the use of green and clean energy. These are precisely the key factors customers seek when experiencing our services. Meeting these standards not only enhances industrial park operations but also creates a clear competitive advantage for enterprises, especially in exports to demanding markets such as the G7 and the European Union (EU).”
IOC Viglacera not only enables real-time monitoring of infrastructure operations, environmental conditions, and security but also supports Viglacera’s leadership in making fast and effective decisions based on real-time data analysis. This optimizes production and business operations while fostering a safe, transparent, and environmentally friendly investment environment.

The establishment of IOC Viglacera is expected to significantly enhance competitiveness and investment attractiveness amid the rapid growth of the digital economy.
For many years, Viglacera has continuously strengthened clean energy solutions and invested in modern, sustainable infrastructure across its industrial parks—serving secondary enterprises while contributing to Vietnam’s national Net Zero development goals in the coming decades.

The inauguration event, held at the close of 2025, marks the culmination of a year in which Viglacera focused strongly on green and smart industrial parks, while also opening a new phase in the Corporation’s journey toward digital transformation and sustainable development.
