Transparency in Access to Social Housing
Social housing has long been a dream for many low-income families, offering them a stable home after years of striving to make a living. However, the reality is far from simple: access to social housing still faces numerous challenges, ranging from the resale of purchase slots to a lack of transparency in application dossiers. To address this situation, the CT3 Kim Chung social housing project has implemented a series of measures to enhance transparency, including random number allocation, verification of applicant dossiers, and direct transactions with the developer, thereby limiting profiteering and improper practices.
