19 Korean Enterpises inspected Yen Phong Industrial Zone
On 18/08/2015, the delegation of 30 representatives from 19 enterprises in Daegu - South Korea which operates in electronics, steel, telecommunications, and automobile spare parts sectors had visited Yen Phong Industrial Zone - Viglacera.
After inspecting the Yen Phong Industrial Zone and having a detailed introduction about Ips from investor owner, Korean enterprises particularly interested in leasing the land and workshop, the local labor force, labor costs, housing workers and experts etc.
Yen Phong Industrial Zone located in Bac Ninh province, where has abundant labor force with more than 835,000 people. Local workforce with expertise, diligence, hard work and can meet the needs of enterprise workers with a reasonable cost.
To ensure living conditions for workers who work at industrial zones, Viglacera said there are labour accommodations next to the industrial zone which has full of utilities, catering for daily needs for worker. Korean’s experts might choose to live in Hanoi (30’ by car) or Bac Ninh city center (15’ by car), which has formed a "Korean street" with restaurants, supermarkets, leisure centers that rich of the unique culture of the South Korea.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Yoon Sang Ho, the CEO of SMBL Cosco Marketing at Vietnam had assessed that Viglacera Yen Phong Industrial Zone is a "bright spot" in North Vietnam by providing a comprehensive infrastructure, adequate utility services, high standard of operational quality and satisfy stringent requirements of each enterprise. Therefore Yen Phong Industrial Zone has attracted big investors such as Samsung Electronics Corporation, the satellite companies and many other large Korean’s enterprises. Besides, Mr. Yoon Sang Ho also wished Bac Ninh can create more favorable conditions for Korean investors, especially to promote the reform of administrative procedures in order to minimize the time and cost of enterprise.
The visit of Korean’s enterprises has successfully and Viglacera has provided useful information for enterprises.
