Viglacera Tien Son, a member company of Viglacera Corporation – an enterprise ranked among the world’s Top 20 ceramic tile manufacturers by production scale, has officially made its mark in the Southern market through the launch and sales opening of the Viglacera Premium Glazed Roof Tile product line at the Viglacera Eurotile Factory. The event attracted a large number of distributors and major dealers from across the region. Alongside the sales launch activities, the first container shipments officially departed the factory warehouse.

In the context of the building materials market continuing to pose many new requirements regarding competitiveness, governance efficiency and adaptability, Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in a spirit of democracy, responsibility and high consensus. In the race to Net Zero, the construction industry is facing unprecedented pressure: reducing carbon emissions while simultaneously optimizing operating costs and enhancing asset value. At the Workshop on "Green Buildings and Carbon Emission Reduction Solutions" organized by the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (VECAS), Viglacera delivered a notable message: energy-saving materials will no longer be an optional add-on, but rather the foundational cornerstone of future construction.

Climate change and increasingly extreme disaster scenarios have forced Vietnam’s Architecture – Construction industry to change its mindset from “passive response” to “proactive adaptation”. At the scientific seminar “Adaptive Architecture & Disaster Prevention: Solutions from Planning to Building Design” organized by the Vietnam Association of Architects in coordination with the People’s Committee of Da Nang City, scientists frankly pointed out that traditional solutions are gradually reaching their limits against the severity of nature. In that context, the participation of building materials manufacturers such as Viglacera carries the message: Surface materials are no longer passive finishing layers – they must become a core component in the proactive defense system right from the design and specification stages of building materials for construction works.

On 06/5/2026 in Hanoi, Viglacera Corporation – JSC and ROX Living jointly signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement. The cooperation between these two major enterprises not only opens opportunities for market development, but also creates conditions for both parties to maximize their respective strengths. Together developing sustainably on the basis that both sides share similarities in scale, vision and clear complementarity in capabilities.

On the evening of April 23, at the Korea - Vietnam Business Forum, within the framework of the state visit to Vietnam by South Korean President Lee Jae Myung and his spouse, under the witness of senior leaders of the two countries, POSCO Future M officially received the Investment Registration Certificate for its first battery materials production project in Vietnam at Song Cong II Industrial Park Viglacera. The event marks an important milestone in cooperation and is a strong affirmation of infrastructure readiness and professional support from Viglacera.

Amid the wave of global supply chain restructuring toward clean energy and electric vehicles (EV), Vietnam has marked an important milestone: POSCO Future M – a core member of the multinational POSCO Group – has officially signed a land lease in-principle agreement with Viglacera Thai Nguyen JSC to implement a large-scale battery materials production project at Song Cong II Industrial Park Phase 2.

On April 25, in Hanoi, Viglacera Corporation – JSC will organize the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. In 2025, consolidated profit before tax reached VND 2,202 billion, completing 126% of the plan assigned by the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Parent Company achieved profit before tax of VND 1,535 billion, exceeding the plan by 8%. The expected dividend payout ratio is 22%. These are positive results, showing that Viglacera has been and is on the right track in solutions to overcome a challenging economic context, excellently completing financial targets, affirming the position of “a creator of green living trends” - a solid foundation for Viglacera to confidently enter a new development phase.

The announcement ceremony organized by Vietnam Report on April 22, at Thiskyhall Convention Center (Sala Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City), once again honored Viglacera in the Top 10 Reputable Building Materials Companies in 2026. This is an important milestone, recognizing many consecutive years in which the enterprise has maintained its position among the leading building materials brands in Vietnam.

At the Ceremony announcing sustainable development enterprises in 2026 organized by Viet Research in coordination with the Finance - Investment Newspaper (Ministry of Finance), Viglacera Corporation – JSC continues to affirm its pioneering position in green transformation when being honored in 3 important categories under the Green ESG Vietnam 2026 award system (ESG10).

On the evening of April 15, at the Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), the 15th National Architecture Students Festival officially opened, taking place from April 15–18, 2026. The event is organized by the Vietnam Association of Architects in coordination with relevant units, gathering more than 1,000 lecturers and students from 27 architecture training institutions nationwide.
