Bach Ma Factory was officially renamed Viglacera My Duc 2 Factory after being handed over to Viglacera
On the afternoon of December 6, 2021, Viglacera officially received the handover of Bach Ma Factory at My Xuan A Industrial Park, My Xuan Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province. With this project, Viglacera entered the top 20 largest ceramic tile companies in the world and became the largest building material manufacturer in Vietnam, with a total capacity of ceramic tiles factories reaching 43 million m2/year.

At Viglacera My Duc 2 Factory, Viglacera is one of the first enterprises in Asia Pacific to invest in the world's most modern production line to produce large format porcelain using Continua+ technology of Sacmi (Italy). The line is updated with SACMI's latest decorative printing and product forming technologies to create high-class large format porcelain with transparent veins.

High-quality large format porcelain are materials used in tiling, interior and exterior decoration with a thickness of 6mm to 20mm; flexible wide range; Finished surface is designed extremely diverse and sophisticated. This new size and thickness can be used on virtually any design surface requirement including: floors and walls, accent trim, kitchen and bathroom furniture, sinks, countertops, doors, cabinets, tables and chairs, stairs, facade tiling, lobby, garden.... With a maximum size of 1,600mm x 3,200mm, this is the largest format porcelain in the Vietnamese market today, which can completely replace natural stone, wood and large format bricks… Expected, production plan High-end large format porcelain will be deployed by Viglacera in the first half of 2022 as dynamic changes in the interior and architecture industry are demanding more modern designs, driving the demand for large format porcelain.

Viglacera My Duc 2 factory, positioned as the largest and most modern factory in ASEAN, is of great significance, creating trust for Vietnamese consumers, thereby supporting domestic products and production. In addition, the operation of the new factory will also create hundreds of job opportunities for local people, significantly contributing to the economic development of Ba Ria Vung Tau province and encouraging the development of the supply chain related to the product.
Bach Ma Group has invested in Vietnam since 1996 and has 25 years of experience building a production platform. Bach Ma factory has an area of over 280,000 m2 with a total capacity of 10 million m2 of products/year. The factory was awarded the international SIRIM QAS Environmental Certificate and became one of the few factories recognized for its efforts to protect the environment.
