Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung visited and worked at Viglacera on non-fired building materials and high-tech products

Recently, Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung and officers from Departments, Institutes of Ministry of Construction had meetings with Viglacera Corporation – JSC and several units under the Corporation on Viglacera’s new technology, environmentally friendly and high-tech products to promote the development of new, high-tech building products in the stage of industrialization - modernization of the country.

For a direct inspection of production process and product quality, Deputy Minister and delegation of Ministry of Construction has visited a sanitary ware production line in Viglacera Thanh Tri JSC, a granite production line at Viglacera Tien Son JSC, and an autoclave aerated concrete production line in Viglacera AAC JSC.

After the visit, the Deputy Minister has worked with leaders of Viglacera Corporation - JSC to give direction and orientation in product development as well as to find solutions for difficulties that material manufacturing businesses are facing.

Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung stated: Viglacera is an enterprise with sustainable development in the Ministry of Construction, and has effective and safe investment strategies and orientations. Business results are achieved and always exceed the plan with growths over the years.

Besides, the Deputy Minister paid special attention and support to new building material products, green high-tech products of Viglacera, and believed that all recommendations and proposals for the development of Viglacera’s non-fired materials, energy saving glass are completely reasonable. Deputy Minister affirmed to support and create conditions for production while supporting Viglacera to use state resources.

In addition, the Deputy Minister also recognized the cultural traditions of Viglacera enterprises with high solidarity throughout the Corporation.

Following direction of the Deputy Minister of Construction Le Quang Hung, General Director of Viglacera Corporation - JSC Nguyen Anh Tuan affirmed the strong resources of the Corporation with experience, pioneering position in producing building materials products in Vietnam such as ceramic, glass, ceramic tiles. General Director said: Presently, the Corporation is focusing on restructuring, particularly on the issue of science and technology and human resources. The Corporation now strongly focuses and implements on science and technology issues, therefore achieves much good results, like water-saving, anti-bacterial sanitary wares, antibacterial tiles, non-fired bricks, AAC panels, energy saving glass, etc. In terms of human resources, the Corporation, under orientation from Ministry of Construction, is now improving workforce quality to reach international standards - the British Standard.
