Impression of Viglacera saving energy glass technology at Vietbuil in Hochiminh city

On June 24th 2016, in Hochiminh city, there was the opening ceremony Vietbuild HCMC International Exhibition in 2016 with the topic "Vietbuild reaching future - reaching the international level", the exhibition attracted a large number of domestic and foreign enterprises specialized in construction, building materials, real estate and interior - exterior decoration.

At this exhibition, Viglacera introduced the newest product lines of building materials to customers in HCMC market such as: smart sanitary ware, granite tiles ECO - printed, air compress concrete, premium wall tile, clinker brick,... and especially Viglacera energy-saving glass, first to be made in Vietnam.

Recently, Viglacera has made a great progress in the field of sanitary ware, giving customers modern high-end sanitary ware products from the form to the usage function such as: smart toilet, water-saving faucet, Nano enamel sanitary ware ... intelligent toilet V91, V90 with many premium features with advanced facilities for users such as: Auto open/close; auto drain; auto enable heated seats, heated water washing, drying, smoking and deodorant; faucets with 3 functions: pre wash, after wash and massage wash; nozzle is sterilized with UV light after each use; spill reverse function ... Project production line of energy-saving glass of Viglacera is a "High technology" project approved by the Prime Minister on January 13th 2015 and certified by the Ministry of Science and Technology with Certificate of high technology application according to the Decision No. 2456/QD-BKHCN dated September 22nd 2015. In October 2015, Viglacera has commenced the first phase of the project with a total invesment capital of 500 billion dong with Von Ardenne Group in Germany - the world's leading group of equipment and coating technology with nearly 90 years of experience – supplying all equipment and technology. This project created landmark breakthrough in technology which first appeared in Southeast Asia.

At the workshop, Von Ardenne experts presented the tend to use energy-saving glass in Southeast Asian market, status and data on the energy efficiency of buildings, main technical parameters, principles of operation of Solar Control glass and Low-E glass, study of office buildings in Ho Chi Minh city with the different layers of glass and presents the advantages of the use of Low-E glass, modern equipment and technology for the production of Low-E glass.

Through the workshop, Von Ardenne experts also answered the questions of the investors, architects and glass processors ... on issues such as the effectiveness to the buildings, location optimization of the glass coating, creation of the color of the coating and warranty obligations of Viglacera for the products, which meets customer satisfaction and confidence when puttingViglacera energy-saving glass products into buildings.

Expressed the interest in the use of energy-saving glass, the investors put questions about the support policies of the State to the Building Materials Department - Ministry of Construction and Mr. Le Van Toi - Head of Building Materials Department provided information policy of encouraging the construction works in Vietnam to use environmentally friendly building materials. This is a general trend worldwide. The workshop at Vietbuild Hochiminh city 2016 was a great success.
