Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha visited Viglacera Tien Son JSC

Spring is in the air, on February 6th 2018, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha visited, gave Tet gifts and presents to employees at Viglacera Tien Son JSC. Along with him, the President of Vietnam Construction Trade Union Nguyen Thi Thuy Le, and other officers of the Ministry of Construction. The delegation was led by General Director of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan and Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan - Member of BOD, Chairman of the Corporation Trade Union.

Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha had a short tour in the factory's workshop (Bac Ninh province). The Minister also inquired about the production situation of the company. Viglacera Tien Son JSC has more than 300 workers working at the tiles factory with an average income of 11 million VND per person per month. The profit in 2017 reached 51 billion VND. The company always focused on policies creating a modern and civilized working environment for workers.

In this visit, the Minister encouraged and gave gifts to the typical workers at granite tiles factory of Viglacera Tien Son JSC. The Minister highly appreciated the working spirit of the employees in the days near Tet to meet the production schedule. He also emphasized that all departments and workers should pay special attention to safety, quality and environmental sanitation. Leaders of the departments need to care for all workers so that they have a cozy and happy New Year.

After visiting the workers at the factory, Minister Pham Hong Ha visited the showroom of Viglacera tiles manufacturing. With advanced technology, modern production line, combined with a highly skilled technicians, Tien Son granite tile products are increasingly being improved in terms of quality and design. The products are widely used by domestic and foreign customers.

In 2017, the company focused on the development of high-end granite products of large size, enamel surface created by crystal particles creating multi-layered pattern of natural color, depth in sophistication. Therefore, this new product line is very suitable for large and luxury projects, while the price is only 70% compared with imported one.

Leaders and staff of Viglacera Tien Son JSC was honorably happy and excited when Minister Pham Hong Ha visited and wished them a happy new year at the beginning of 2018. The timely encouragement of the Minister will create a great motivational support, and a good labor emulation movement for the whole labor force at the Company.
