Shinhan Bank – Viglacera's new strategic partner in attracting FDI from Korea

Just a few days after signing an exclusive sales representative contract with Japan's Nippon Steel Corporation, Viglacera Real Estate Company continued to expand its international sales network by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shinhan Bank Vietnam, marking an important step in the strategy of attracting foreign investment, especially from Korean enterprises, into Viglacera's industrial park (IP) system.


 

Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh - Director of Viglacera Real estate company and Mr. Ryu Je Eun - Deputy General Director of Shinhan Bank Vietnam signed the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.

The signing ceremony was honored with the participation of Mr. Ko Tae Yeon, Chairman of the Korean Business Association in Vietnam (Kocham). Viglacera has long established a close cooperative relationship with the Korean business community. The MOU with Shinhan continues to strengthen this foundation, at the same time, demonstrating the company's expectation to attract more investment capital from Korea.

For many years, Korea has always been the Company's key market. A series of large corporations from this country have chosen Viglacera's industrial parks as their destination, such as Samsung, Amkor Technology, Hyosung, Anam Electronics, Hana Micron, etc. Currently, the number of Korean customers in the industrial parks has exceeded 100, with a total investment capital of more than 12 billion USD.

The signing ceremony not only affirms Viglacera's leading position in the field of industrial park development but also contributes to strengthening the economic cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Korea. This is also a clear demonstration of Viglacera's efforts in attracting high-quality investment, promoting the sustainable development of Vietnam's industry in the future.
