The premier delegation of Thuringia State - Federal Republic of Germany visited the Viglacera Float Glass Factory

In the moring of 11th April 2019, in Binh Duong, Viglacera Float Glass company had honor to welcome the Premier of Thüringen State – Mr Bodo Ramelow, Germany ‘s Consul General in Ho Chi Minh city – Mr Andreas Siegel and other representatives of the State Authority, Universities, Researching Institutes and German Enterprises which sign agreement to train Viglacera’s employee in Thüringen State.

Overview of the welcoming meeting 

During the Vietnam visiting trip with the goal to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between 2 countries in politics, economics, researching and training, Mr Bodo Ramelow – the Premier of Thüringen State – Federal Republic of Germany and the delegation of more than 100 members coming from Departments, Institutions, Training centers and enterprises of Thüringen State visited the Viglacera Float Glass ‘s manufacturing head office in Tan Dong Hiep manufacturing site, Tan Dong Hiep Commune, Di An town, Binh Duong province.

The success of seminars about “research and apply Glass Glue in Glass architecture suitable with Tropical climate in Vietnam” and report on the progress of experiment Glass Glue in Vietnam open a new opportunity to actualize the task of applying this Glass Glue in Vietnam with Tropical climate condition, which get a special interest of Mr Bodo Ramelow – The premier of Thüringen State.

In the welcoming meeting, Mr Bodo Ramelow expressed his appreciation for the warm and caring welcoming of Viglacera Float Glass company and his high expectation on the cooperation between Viglcera, Researching and applying Tropical building materials Institution of Thüringen State and Innovent company (Innovent is a production and technical company which provides creative products and service solutions for clients in aerospace and other manufacturing industries). He expected that the cooperation will be tight and be the significant bridge to connect not only between companies but also the relationship between 2 countries Vietnam and Germany.

Mr Hoang Kim Bong – Deputy General Director of Viglacera Corporation spoke “With 45 years of establishment and development, Viglacera Corporation already cooperated effectively with German companies in manufacturing building materials. Especially in the last 3 years, the corporation implemented the project of Tunel Firing & Drying Kiln of Riedhammer company in Sanity ware field; the project of manufacturing Autoclaved aerated concrete of HESS company – Top Werk Corporation; The project of applying high technology of Von Ardenne company in manufacturing Energy saving glass; and the latest project of providing and installing Burning equipment using cleaning CNG gas to reduce environment pollution and save energy of Horn company in Viglacera Float Glass company which started in January 2019. The results from mentioned above cooperation contributed a huge and important part in helping the building materials industry of Viglacera Corporation to develop and have high reputation in both domestic and international market”.

The ceremony of Agreement signing to send Viglacera’s employee to Germany for training 

Based on the agreements from all sides, the ceremony of signing agreement to send Viglacera’s employees to Thüringen State for training and supporting to implement the Science & Technology transfer projects was organized, which promises a comprehensive and in-depth cooperation for development in the future.
