Viglacera granted investment certificate for Dong Van 4 Industrial Park in Ha nam Province
On 6th August 2016, Ha Nam province held a conference on investment promotion chaired by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc with the participation of leaders of ministries, embassies, trade promotion organizations and more than 100 foreign enterprises. At the conference, Viglacera Corporation – JSC. was officially granted the investment certificate to develop Dong Van 4 Industrial Park – Phase I with an area of 300 hectares.

Ha Nam in recent years has been seen with spectacular moves in attracting investment and upgrading infrastructure services by 10 incredible commitments of provincial leaders to investors, these turn Ha nam into an extremely attractive location for investors. Foreseeing this proactive trend, Viglacera Corporation has decided to survey the industrial zones in Ha nam and chosen Dong Van 4 Industrial Park to invest in infrastructure development with a total investment capital of nearly 2,000 billion vnd on the area of phase 1 – 300ha, raising the total land area of the industrial park invested by Viglacera to 4030 ha.

Therefore, Viglacera is speeding up to start the Dong Van 4 Industrial Park in the shortest time in September 2016 with the goal to have cleaned land by October 2016.
According to the orientation for industrial park development of Ha nam and the direction of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at Investment promotion conference, Dong Van 4 Viglacera Industrial Park will prioritize attracting selective industries to ensure sustainable development, economic development in parallel with preserving living and habitat environment.

Dong Van 4 Viglacera Industrial Park enjoys advantageous geographical location of being nearby Highway 38, it is easily connected to Hanoi Highway 1 within 1 hour and Ha Noi – Hai Phong highway to get to the port.
