Viglacera has just established The Glass Department, Tiles – Sanitary ware Department and signed the commitment agreements to implement the tasks with Departments.

In the morning January 12, 2015 at the weekly meeting, Viglacera officially announced the decision to establish The Glass Department; Tiles – Sanitary ware Department, and re-organize the units in these departments and sign the commitment agreements to deploy the tasks of the departments of Viglacera in 2015.

With the establishment of two new departments and rename the department of fired clay tile, Viglacera has got 4 specialize departments: Mr. Hoang Kim Bong – Deputy General Director concurrently held the position of Director of Clay Brick and Tile Department; Mr. Nguyen Quang Senh – Director of Production Department held the Director of Glass Department; Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan – Deputy General Director concurrently held the Director of Tiles and Sanitary ware Department; and Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh – Deputy General Director concurrently held the Director of Land Department.

The departments have the tasks such as: Responsible for making the business plan and implementing it; securing capital; organization and technology, organization of production, financial plan of the entire units that managed by department; ensure product quality of the units which managed by department in accordance with current standards; in collaboration with Viglacera Institute of Research and Development in guiding and supporting to manufacturing units about the technical improvement initiatives, applying advanced technology to reduce the cost of fuel consumption, power energy and labor productivity growth, at the same time, reviewing the effectiveness of the initiative, testing, ....

On the establishment of the specialized departments and re-organize units within its, General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan said: "Corporation has to control directly the operation of production and business and support the units, therefore Corporation continues restructuring by establishment the specialized departments and assign to individual responsibility to strengthen the management, management deeper, more professionally. Since then, the activities in the field of education, science and technology , quality, finance, labor productivity will support each other ... ". General Director also directed the departments to urgently improve organization, additional experts in each field with capacity, qualifications and experience in the departments.

At the meeting on January 12, 2015, Viglacera Coproration has signed the commitment agreement to implement the task in 2015 with 7 Department s of the parent company: Plan Investment Dep., Finance – Accounting Dep., Personnel Dep., Legal – Foreign Affair Dep.,IT Dep., Office Dep. and the new products Dept., with the presence of the members of the Board of Management, the Board of General Director, the Supervisory Board. So, Viglacera signed the commitment agreement to deploy business plan and mission in 2015 with 16 department of the parent company.
