Viglacera held initial briefings early in 2016 and signed business performance commitments with all departments
Morning 04.01.2016, the first working day of the new year 2016, at the headquarter of Viglacera Corporation - JSC (No.1 Thang Long Avenue, Hanoi), Viglacera Corporation held initial briefings in New Year 2016, and reviewed and signed business performance commitments in 2016. Accordingly, key targets have higher growth rate than those of 2015. The year 2016 promises to have strong changes in both quality and quantity for each division.
In 2015, building material and real estate markets was still fluctuated, but with the drastic direction and leadership of the Corporation, as well as great efforts from staff, the Corporation has comprehensively completed & exceeded business targets; the main goals increased from 10% to 12% compared to 2014. In particular, units in Glass, Ceramic Tile - Sanitary ware groups, several units in Real Estate group, and Viglacera Ha Long Joint Stock Company (Brick & Roof tile group) successfully completed 2015 business plan ahead of time, and were praised promptly by the Appraisal Council of the Corporation.
To promote strengths and achievements of 2015, on the first working day of 2016, the Corporation has held briefings and reviewed & assigned higher growth plan in all indicators compared to 2015. Leaders of all departments agreed and signed commitments.
At a signing ceremony, general director Nguyen Anh Tuan requested, in 2016, all units should continue to grow product turnover rate, improve product quality, focus on scientific, new technology applications, training and development, and attract highly qualified workforce in order to achieve development goals.
