Viglacera in cooperation with Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) in financing investment credit, export credit, loan guarantees in commercial banks

On 25/04/2015, Viglacera Corporation - JSC and Vietnam Development Bank  - Branch I signed a cooperation agreement on financing/funding investment credit, export credit, loan guarantees in commercial banks in commercial banks.

Attending the ceremony, on Viglacera Corporation JSC side, there were General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director Hoang Kim Bong, key officers as well as directors of the Corporation’s units in import-export, trade, business sectors; on the side of VDB Branch I, there were Director Le Minh Trong and key officers of Branch I.

According to the agreement, VDB-Branch I will support investment credit, export credit and commercial bank loan guarantee for investment projects and export loans of Viglacera Corporation – JSC which meet requirements of Vietnam Development Bank.

At the ceremony, General Director of Viglacera Corporation - JSC Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized the energy-saving glass project was recognized by the Government as a high-tech project and eligible for loans at VDB. With this project, Viglacera Corporation - JSC again insists its leading position in building material manufacturing in Vietnam on the way to produce "green" environmentally friendly and highly sustainable products. Viglacera will implement the project in 2015 and plan to produce the first square meter of energy-saving glass by the end of 2015. In addition, the general director Nguyen Anh Tuan also confirmed the advantages of Viglacera in product export to with many potential markets around the world.

Mr. Le Minh Trong - Director of Transaction I - Vietnam Development Bank highly recognized and supported upcoming projects of Viglacera

Mr. Le Minh Trong - Director of Transaction I - Vietnam Development Bank said that the projects of Viglacera to be implemented in 2015 are very positive and potential to develop. Mr. Trong committed that VIB Branch I will closely coordinate with Viglacera Corporation - JSC to maximize work efficiency.

On the basis of this cooperation, Viglacera is enforced in its strategic investment in 2015 for the Corporation development.

With efforts of the two sides on the basis of this comprehensive cooperation, new projects of Viglacera Corporation - JSC will certainly ensure quality as well as investment timeline in compliance with the commitment shared at the General Meeting of Shareholders 2015, while encouraging the rapid development of the building materials industry in Vietnam for the needs of the domestic and international markets.
