VIGLACERA: INTERSECTION OF TRADITION AND ASPIRATION TO REACH FAR

On March 7, 2026, in the warm atmosphere of the early spring days, the Retirees Liaison Board (BLLHT) of Viglacera Corporation organized the Conference summarizing activities in 2025 and implementing the plan for 2026. This is not only a professional summary meeting, but a reunion of those who have devoted their whole lives to lighting the fire for the Viglacera brand over more than half a century.

Attending the Conference was comrade Dao Nguyen – Deputy Head of the Retirees Liaison Board (BLLHT) of the Ministry of Construction. On the side of Viglacera Corporation were Mr Tran Manh Huu – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viglacera Corporation JSC together with comrades who are leaders of the Corporation.

Dedication from grey-haired heads

Reporting at the Conference, Mr Nguyen Ba Khien – Head of the Retirees Liaison Board of the Corporation outlined a picture of activities full of emotion. With 31 grassroots liaison boards, the spirit of "mutual love and support" has become the red thread throughout. Despite overcoming difficulties of old age and weak health, members still maintain a persistent rhythm: from visiting, celebrating longevity to bidding farewell to old friends returning to ancestors in absolute respect. Especially, the "Colleagues’ Compassion Fund" at units such as the Corporation Office, Packaging and Brake Lining Company, Viglacera Dai Thanh Company, Viglacera Xuan Hoa Company... has truly become a support point for members who unfortunately encounter difficulties.

Trips to visit historical relics or vacations at Angsana Quan Lan on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of establishment are not only trips, but a way for the previous generation to witness the growth of the "spiritual child" named Viglacera. With practical and dedicated activities, the Retirees Liaison Board of Viglacera is proud to maintain the top position among hundreds of liaison boards under the Ministry of Construction.

Words of gratitude from the heart of the successor

In the solemn space of the Conference, information about a strongly breaking-through Viglacera in 2025 brought great emotion to retired officials. On behalf of the Executive Board, Mr Nguyen Quy Tuan – Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation reported on the achievements of the process of innovation, streamlining the apparatus and improving operational efficiency - steps that are vital to protect and develop the legacy of previous generations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viglacera Corporation - Mr Tran Manh Huu had emotional sharing. Mr Tran Manh Huu expressed deep gratitude for the heroic history created by previous generations. The "speaking" numbers such as consolidated pre-tax profit reaching a record level of 2,140 billion VND and the excellent completion of the 5-year plan (2021-2025) are the most meaningful gifts that the present generation respectfully offers to predecessors. The Chairman affirmed that, although 2026 still has many challenges with the target of 1,800 billion VND, the spirit of responsibility and innovative thinking will be the "torch" helping Viglacera continue to reach further. Chairman Tran Manh Huu also sent wishes of good health to all members of the Retirees Liaison Board of the Corporation.

Continuing the program, the activity of giving gifts and congratulating International Women’s Day 8/3 became a meaningful spiritual gift sent to the retired female staff of Viglacera Corporation. Fresh flower bouquets together with gifts were handed directly, accompanied by wishes of health, joy and happiness, like a sincere gratitude for the contributions of the ladies over the past journey.

The tight handshake and wishes of health between two generations carved into the space a beautiful message: At Viglacera, the flow of heritage never breaks. The previous generation builds the foundation, the next generation builds the height, all sharing the same heartbeat for a prosperous common home.

The Conference closed with a warm longevity celebration ceremony, as a word of gratitude sent to those who have devoted their whole lives to weaving the bright Viglacera green today./.
