Viglacera introduced AAC Block and ALC Panel products at the beginning of the year 2019

On the occasion of Tet Holiday, the work atmosphere at Viglacera AAC Block factory is very fast-paced and busy. All workers and engineers are focusing with high determination to complete the plan in time and produce AAC Block and ALC Panel products which meet the European quality standard.

Viglacera AAC Block and ALC Panel belong to the National scientific project “Analyzing the technology, designing and installing equipment and production line for manufacturing AAC Block with the capacity of 200.000 m3/year”. Viglacera Corporation – JSC cooperated with Hess – a German Corporation which is the top consultant in the world in manufacturing AAC block and ALC panel to produce the products meeting European quality standard.

Currently the factory is producing 2 types of panel at the same time: the non-reinforced panel and the panel consisting of 2 steel cores to prevent corrosion. The 100% automotive production process helps to improve the efficiency of production management and to produce products which have much higher quality than other same-type products in the market. 

Mr Pham Hong Ha – Minister of Construction, Ms Nguyen Thi Le Thuy – President of Vietnam Construction Labor Union and Viglacera Corporation leaders visited the production lines in Viglacera AAC factory. 

Seeing the hard work and determination of all employees and leaders of Viglacera Corporation, Mr Pham Hoang Ha - Member of Party Central Committee, Minister of Construction – highly appreciated the high spirit at work and the competitiveness of all workers right before Tet Holiday to complete the National Scientific Project and to manufacture successfully these 2 preeminent products. Besides, the Minister also emphasized that the corporation and employees needed to pay high attention to safety, quality and environment; and that Corporation leaders also needed to care for employees to ensure that all employees have a happy, meaningful and fulfilled Tet Holiday.

It can be said that the production of AAC products is a strong movement of Viglacera in investing and developing the green materials in Vietnam, which helps to protect environment and improve the living quality of society. The introduction of AAC and ALC Panel products right before Tet Holiday not only shows the gratitude of Viglacera to all customers who have trust in our products up till now but also is the commitment of Viglacera to strive for a future of green buildings and green Vietnam.
