Viglacera JSC to hold a meeting about content of Annual General Meeting 2015 and development plan

Morning March, 26, 2015, Deputy Minister of Construction Mr. Bui Pham Khanh has worked with Viglacera Corporation - JSC about content of Annual General Meeting 2015 (AGM) and development plan of Viglacera Corporation - JSC.

Working with the Deputy Minister, there were leaders of Functional Departments of the Ministry of Construction. From Viglacera Corporation – JSC, there were members of the Management Board, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and key managers in the Corporation.

At the meeting, the Management Board of Viglacera Corporation - JSC has reported results of business activities in the last 6 months of 2014 (after IPO), and the contents prepared for AGM 2015.

After listening to the report by Management Board of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Pham Khanh congratulated Viglacera Corporation – JSC as well as its business results achieved in the last 6 months of 2014. The Deputy Minister paid special attention to the Corporation’s development plan after equitization in which housing investment and industrial parks were such highlights. Deputy Minister highly congratulated Viglacera’s industrial zones for efficiency, quality, infrastructure, favorable position, as well as stated that Viglacera was such a leading enterprise in Ministry of Construction for its strategic development of social housing, housing for low income people.

In addition, the Deputy Minister also asked the Corporation to TCT Viglacera, in the AGM’s program in 2015, to focus on investment and development of its favorable real estate projects as well as high-technology building material production projects; and to early implement the listing on the stock market for capital attraction.

After receiving the guidance of the Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Pham Khanh, Management Board of Viglacera Corporation - JSC will complete the content report of AGM 2015 and send to Ministry of Construction for approval before holding the AGM 2015 by end of April 2015.
