Viglacera professionalized its real-estates operation and management segment
On 24/9, Viglacera Corporation - JSC held a launching ceremony of VISAHO Joint Stock Company in Thang Long Number One building at Number 1 Thang Long Highway, Ha Noi. The company was founded by four leading shareholders in real estate investment sector, managed and operated in Japan and Vietnam. The establishment of the company marked the synchronous development of Viglacera from investment to operation in the real estate segment.
Attending the ceremony were: Commissioner of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr. Pham Hong Ha and leaders of relevant Departments, Institutes; Chairman of Real Estate Association, Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam - Former Deputy Minister of Construction; President of the Building Management and Maintenance Association, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep; Chairman, General Director and Heads of Departments of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, Sankei Building Management Company, Hoang Thanh Infrastructure Investment & Development Company, and OWI Joint Stock Company.

To implement the strategy of Ministry of Construction: sustainable development of urban areas, green-energy saving buildings; building management and operation must meet international quality, Viglacera collaborates with Sankei Building Management Company (Japan), Hoang Thanh Infrastructure Investment & Development Company, and OWI Joint Stock Company to establish VISAHO JSC.
In particular, Sankei Building Management company of the Sankei Building Group – a professional group specialized in real estate investment management in Japan. Sankei Building Management currently manages the largest real estate projects in Tokyo and other areas in Japan in multiple categories: office, apartment, hotel, factory, hospital / clinics and trade center.
