Viglacera & ROX Living sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On 06/5/2026 in Hanoi, Viglacera Corporation – JSC and ROX Living jointly signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement. The cooperation between these two major enterprises not only opens opportunities for market development, but also creates conditions for both parties to maximize their respective strengths. Together developing sustainably on the basis that both sides share similarities in scale, vision and clear complementarity in capabilities.
Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of Viglacera Corporation - JSC were Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh - Deputy General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Bui Le Cao Ke - Deputy General Director of the Corporation, the leadership of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company, the leadership of Viglacera Sanitary Ware Company Limited together with representatives of the Corporation’s professional departments.
On the side of ROX Living were Mr. Do Xuan Giao - Chairman of the Board of Directors of ROX Living, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - General Director of ROX Living, Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep - General Director of ROX Key Joint Stock Company, along with leaders of professional departments of ROX Group Holdings.
The contents of the agreement are based on the foundation of maximizing the strengths of the two major enterprises, both being strong brands in the field of industrial park - urban real estate investment and business, and housing. While the distinctive strength of ROX Living lies in mastering a chain of large-scale, multi-segment real estate projects, Viglacera’s strength is being a pioneering and leading building materials manufacturer with a complete and synchronized ecosystem, proactively meeting diverse & modern design modules, smart solutions helping accelerate construction progress, optimize manpower and being ready to provide “one-touch” supply according to large-scale order packages with product sets manufactured separately in sizes according to ROX Living’s requirements. In addition, both enterprises agreed to strengthen exchanges and mutual support cooperation in the field of developing Green - Smart Industrial Parks, emphasizing criteria of energy saving and international-standard management and operation service quality.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Do Xuan Giao - Chairman of the Board of Directors of ROX Living emphasized: “I believe that with the dedication and creativity of the leadership team, the companionship of shareholders and especially partners such as Viglacera, the cooperative relationship between the two sides will increasingly develop, not only in the fields of real estate and construction but also in each side’s strong sectors such as finance, services… toward a comprehensive strategic partnership in the future”.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh - Deputy General Director of Viglacera Corporation also expressed appreciation for ROX Living’s achievements in its determination to develop many real estate investment and business projects in many countries around the world, together with a highly diverse “ROX Living ecosystem” achievement. Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh also stated that cooperation with ROX Living is an important milestone in the strategy of expanding the ecosystem and strengthening linkages to create long-term values.
The two sides agreed on specific working focal points under the motto: Leadership assigns tasks - Focal points implement through “one-touch” execution and promote the highest spirit of responsibility - Having plans and summaries for each work phase - Closely cooperating for mutual development.
Viglacera will prioritize supplying high-quality building materials and finishing products for ROX Living’s project system and business operations. Key products include ceramic tiles, sintered stone, sanitary ware, green materials and energy-saving materials (glass, Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), etc.).
On the side of ROX Living, the enterprise will accompany Viglacera in expanding the sales market, strengthening customer network connections and promoting the application of high-quality building materials products into civil works, commercial projects and real estate developments developed and distributed by ROX Living.
Representatives of the companies and professional departments of ROX Living and Viglacera all expressed excitement and affirmed that the strategic cooperation agreement not only carries the meaning of commercial connection or simplification of construction activities at project sites, but most importantly demonstrates a shared vision of sustainable development. The targeted goals are: Improving construction quality - Creating better living experiences for customers - Bringing substantive values to end users such as: Better quality, more reasonable prices….
