Công ty cổ phần Viglacera Hữu Hưng tổ chức Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên 2019

Ngày 30/3/2019 tại trụ sở CTCP Viglacera Hữu Hưng, đường Chùa Tổng, xã La Phù, huyện Hoài Đức, Hà Nội, đã diễn ra Đại hội đồng Cổ đông thường niên năm 2019 của công ty.

Tham dự Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên năm 2019 có ông Trần Duy Hưng - Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty, ông Dư Đình Mỹ - Ủy viên HĐQT, ông Nguyễn Huy Thuật - Ủy viên HĐQT và các đại biểu chính thức đại diện cho các cổ đông sở hữu.

Tổng cộng có 99,43% cổ phần có quyền biểu quyết tại Đại hội.

Dưới sự điều hành của Đoàn Chủ tịch, Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên năm 2019 CTCP Viglacera Hữu Hưng tiến hành chương trình nghị sự và thông qua chương trình của Đại hội với các nội dung chính sau:

- Báo cáo kết quả sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2018; kế hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2019 và một số công việc cần triển khai năm 2019
- Báo cáo của HĐQT năm 2018 và phương hướng nhiệm vụ năm 2019
- Báo cáo của Ban kiểm soát Công ty

Đại hội kết thúc thành công với 100% cổ đông có mặt tại Đại hội nhất trí với nội dung Nghị quyết Đại hội đồng Cổ đông thường niên 2019

Viglacera approved as investor of Phu Ninh Industrial Park Project in Phu Tho
The People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province has issued a Decision approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Viglacera Phu Tho Joint Stock Company as the investor for the project on investment, construction, and business of infrastructure of Phu Ninh Industrial Park, with a total investment capital of nearly VND 2,560 billion.

AFFIRMING A LEADING POSITION WITH A RECORD CONSOLIDATED PROFIT BEFORE TAX OF VND 2,140 BILLION
On January 9, 2026, Viglacera Corporation held the “Conference to Review Production and Business Performance and Investment Results in 2025”. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh, along with representatives of the leadership of the Department of Enterprise Innovation, the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials (Ministry of Construction). On the Viglacera side, the Conference was chaired by Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Manh Huu, General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan, together with the core leadership team across the entire system.
