Công ty CP Thương mại Viglacera tổ chức Đại hội cổ đông thường niên năm 2013

Ngày 15/3/2013, tại số 1 Đại Lộ Thăng Long, Hà Nội, Công ty CP Thương mại Viglacera đã tổ chức Đại hội cổ đông thường niên 2013.

Tham dự và chủ trì Đại hội Cổ đông có ông Nguyễn Minh Tuấn – Phó TGĐ TCT Viglacera kiêm Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty CP Thương mại Viglacera, ông Nguyễn Văn Lý – Giám đốc Công ty CP Thương mại Viglacera cùng Giám đốc các công ty thành viên thuộc TCT,  các đại biểu cổ đông Công ty CP Thương Mại Viglacera.

Tại Đại hội các nội dung như báo cáo kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh năm 2012 và kế hoạch kinh doanh năm 2013; báo cáo của Ban kiểm soát năm 2012; báo cáo của Hội đồng quản trị năm 2012 và các giải pháp chỉ đạo thực hiện KHKD năm 2013 đã được thông qua. Đồng thời Đại hội cũng đã biểu quyết thông qua kết quả hoạt động KD năm 2012, báo cáo kiểm toán năm 2012 và các chỉ tiêu KHKD năm 2013; báo cáo của HĐQT và Ban kiểm soát; phương án phân phối lợi nhuận năm 2012 và các phương hướng hoạt động và các chỉ tiêu KHKD năm 2013.

Ông Nguyễn Minh Tuấn – Phó TGĐ TCT Viglacera kiêm Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty CP Thương mại Viglacera nhấn mạnh: “Năm 2013 được xác định là một năm tiếp tục khó khăn hơn 2012, phát huy những kết quả đạt được trong năm 2012 và với mục tiêu xây dựng Công ty ngày càng phát triển bền vững với các chỉ tiêu năm sau cao hơn năm trước. HĐQT Công ty CP Thương mại Viglacera tiếp tục chỉ đạo Ban điều hành cần tập trung mọi nhân lực, nguồn lực để đảm bảo tiêu thụ tốt các sản phẩm Sứ vệ sinh và sen vòi của các đơn vị sản xuất thuộc TCT Viglacera, đảm bảo chỉ tiêu KHKD năm 2013. Bên cạnh đó, các giải pháp tiếp tục được thực hiện. Cụ thể, Ban điều hành Công ty kiện toàn bộ máy quản lý; các Phòng ban, Chi nhánh cần đáp ứng tốt hơn nữa yêu cầu thực tế công tác KD sẽ nhanh chóng được Công ty chú trọng ngay từ quý I của năm…”

Viglacera approved as investor of Phu Ninh Industrial Park Project in Phu Tho
The People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province has issued a Decision approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Viglacera Phu Tho Joint Stock Company as the investor for the project on investment, construction, and business of infrastructure of Phu Ninh Industrial Park, with a total investment capital of nearly VND 2,560 billion.

AFFIRMING A LEADING POSITION WITH A RECORD CONSOLIDATED PROFIT BEFORE TAX OF VND 2,140 BILLION
On January 9, 2026, Viglacera Corporation held the “Conference to Review Production and Business Performance and Investment Results in 2025”. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh, along with representatives of the leadership of the Department of Enterprise Innovation, the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials (Ministry of Construction). On the Viglacera side, the Conference was chaired by Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Manh Huu, General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan, together with the core leadership team across the entire system.
