Đại hội đồng cổ đông 2010 Công ty CP Viglacera Đông Anh

Ngày 17/3/2010, Công ty CP Viglacera Đông Anh (Mã chứng khoán DAC) đã tiến hành đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên thông qua mức chia cổ tức cho năm 2009 bằng 60%/Vốn điều lệ, tương đương 6.000 đ/cổ phiếu

Theo kết quả SXKD được đại hội đồng cổ đông thông qua thì doanh thu năm 2009 của Công ty đạt trên 60 tỷ, tăng 48 % so với năm 2008; lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt gần 15,5 tỷ đồng, tăng 35,23% so với năm 2008; Thu nhập bình quân của người lao động : đạt 2,9 triệu đồng/ người/ tháng, tăng 10,18 % so với năm 2008.

Kế hoạch SXKD năm 2010 cũng được thông qua với doanh thu là 68 tỷ đồng, lợi nhận trước thuế 16 tỷ động; Chia cổ tức sẽ khoảng từ 15-20% lợi nhuận sau thuế.



Để đạt được các chỉ tiêu này, Công ty tiếp tục mở rộng đầu tư chiều sâu và đầu tư mới nhằm giảm tiêu hao nhiên liệu, tiết kiệm chi phí; nâng cao năng lực lao động, giảm lao động nặng nhọc cho người lao động. Tập trung vào nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm; chú trọng vào các sản phẩm mỏng, giá trị cao phù hợp với định hướng phát triển chung của khối gạch đỏ đất sét nung trong TCT. Tổng mức đầu tư mới và đầu tư chiều sâu năm 2010 của Công ty lên tới 31 tỷ đồng.

Viglacera approved as investor of Phu Ninh Industrial Park Project in Phu Tho
The People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province has issued a Decision approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Viglacera Phu Tho Joint Stock Company as the investor for the project on investment, construction, and business of infrastructure of Phu Ninh Industrial Park, with a total investment capital of nearly VND 2,560 billion.

AFFIRMING A LEADING POSITION WITH A RECORD CONSOLIDATED PROFIT BEFORE TAX OF VND 2,140 BILLION
On January 9, 2026, Viglacera Corporation held the “Conference to Review Production and Business Performance and Investment Results in 2025”. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh, along with representatives of the leadership of the Department of Enterprise Innovation, the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials (Ministry of Construction). On the Viglacera side, the Conference was chaired by Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Manh Huu, General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan, together with the core leadership team across the entire system.
