FIRST DAY OF APPLICATION RECEIPT – VIGLACERA YEN PHONG SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT, BAC NINH: LIVELY, ORDERLY, AND FULL OF EXPECTATION

December 6 marked an important milestone for the Viglacera Yen Phong Social Housing Project as it officially opened the first round of application receipt for customers with housing demand. From very early in the morning, the reception area became bustling, with hundreds of residents gathering to line up and take queue numbers, hoping to become among the earliest owners of what is currently considered the most outstanding project in Yen Phong.

Even though it was still early, the area on the first floor of Building V8 – where the One-Stop Support Center is located – was already crowded with customers waiting. Many shared that they arrived before opening hours to secure a favorable position and complete procedures as quickly as possible. This clearly demonstrates the project’s strong appeal, as it offers the opportunity to own high-quality housing at a reasonable price for middle- and low-income earners in Bac Ninh.

A notable highlight on the first day was that the entire process took place in an extremely orderly and efficient manner. The investor, Viglacera, closely coordinated with local police forces to organize traffic flow and provide guidance from the outer areas, ensuring customers lined up properly, with no jostling or congestion.

The presence of functional forces helped stabilize security in the area, creating a sense of reassurance for customers coming to register. Many residents highly appreciated the clear, transparent, and friendly working style of the support staff. At the reception desks, each application dossier was carefully checked by Viglacera staff. Customers were given detailed guidance on: eligibility conditions for application submission; documents to be supplemented; the appraisal and approval process; and the next steps after receipt.

Thanks to thorough preparation and an adequate number of staff, the reception process was carried out continuously while still ensuring strict compliance with regulations in accordance with the guidance of the Department of Construction. Many customers expressed satisfaction at being thoroughly advised on the spot, avoiding repeated travel to amend their dossiers.

The project is an investment in the construction of a social housing complex to accommodate workers working in industrial zones in Yen Phong Commune, with Viglacera Corporation – Joint Stock Company as the investor; the investor’s representative is Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company. The project scale includes social housing buildings V1 and V2 on plot OCH1, with a height of 9 floors and a total of 416 apartments, with unit sizes of: 26.3 m²; 26.6 m²; 27 m²; 54.1 m²; 54.4 m²; and 67.4 m².

Currently, both V1 and V2 buildings have completed construction. The total number of apartments in the two buildings is 416 units; of which 278 units are for sale and 138 units are for rent. The selling price is VND 9,899,759/m² (including value-added tax, excluding apartment maintenance fees; the price adjustment coefficient for the i-th area (Ki) is determined by the investor to be uniformly 1). The rental price is VND 60,807/m²/month (including value-added tax and apartment maintenance fees).

Complete and valid dossiers have been issued receipt slips. Incomplete or invalid dossiers are guided to be supplemented in accordance with regulations.

With strong interest from the community and a well-organized reception process on the first day, the Viglacera Yen Phong Social Housing Project is expected to continue attracting a large number of residents in the subsequent application rounds.
