This event took place on the same occasion when 234 major projects nationwide were simultaneously commenced, inaugurated, or technically opened to traffic to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, marking a new step forward in the development of infrastructure and social housing in Hanoi.

At the Phuc Thinh Commune site, attendees included the following comrades: Vu Dang Dinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward; Pham Quy Tien, Member of the Municipal Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Council; Le Hoang Tung, Assistant to the Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Vu Sy Kien, Deputy Director of the Department of Land Administration (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment); along with representatives of the Economic and Budget Committee of the City People’s Council and various departments and agencies of Hanoi…

In his remarks at the event, Mr. Pham Quy Tien, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Council, on behalf of the Capital’s leadership, entrusted the investor and relevant units with the responsibility to accelerate compensation and site clearance, promptly implement construction of the project, and especially to strictly comply with commitments regarding investment in living spaces, amenities – quality – services – project management and operation, thereby improving the living environment and living standards for residents who are beneficiaries of social housing policies.

Tien Duong Park City is an independent, concentrated social housing urban area and currently the largest in scale in Hanoi, implemented on a land fund of nearly 45 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 9.3 trillion. The project is planned in a synchronous and modern manner, providing about 3,530 apartments, including 3,103 social housing units for low-income earners, officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, and other beneficiaries of social housing policies; in addition, there are commercial apartments and townhouses, contributing to product diversification and enhancement of living quality.

Upon completion in 2030, Tien Duong Park City is expected to meet housing needs for approximately 12,400 residents, thereby reducing housing pressure in the inner city and creating momentum for urban development in the northern area of the Capital. The project is invested with a full internal amenities system such as schools at all levels, commercial and service centers, green parks, sports areas, community activity spaces, and parking facilities. The apartments use Viglacera’s green building materials such as energy-saving glass, ALC panels, high-quality tiles, sanitary equipment meeting European technical standards…

The apartments use Viglacera’s green building materials, aiming toward energy savings for users and sustainable urban development.
In particular, the project is located on Vo Nguyen Giap axis, within the Nhat Tan – Noi Bai urban corridor, enabling residents to easily connect to central Hanoi and Noi Bai International Airport, enhancing living value and the project’s long-term potential.

At the ceremony, the investor’s representative committed to implementing the project on schedule, ensuring construction quality, and complying with regulations on labor safety and environmental protection.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the Tien Duong Park City project on December 19 not only marked the beginning of a construction project, but also demonstrated the efforts of Hanoi City and the determination of the investor in realizing the goal of developing social housing stock to meet the increasingly large housing demand of the people.

With its large scale, favorable location, and sustainable development orientation, Tien Duong Park City is expected to become an important highlight in the urban landscape of the northern Capital, contributing to improving quality of life and ensuring social security in the coming years. As stated in the remarks of Comrade Pham Quy Tien – Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City People’s Council: “This is also one of the important links in the Capital’s master plan with a 100-year vision that the City has just launched – a plan shaping a sustainable, humane, and modern Hanoi.”
