Ký cam kết triển khai kế hoạch SXKD Ban Bất động sản 2013
Nhằm đẩy nhanh tiến độ thực hiện kế hoạch SXKD năm 2013, ngày 25/01/2013, tại trụ sở số 1 Đại lộ Thăng Long, TCT Viglacera đã tổ chức ký cam kết triển khai kế hoạch SXKD năm 2013 với các đơn vị thuộc Ban Bất động sản.
Tham dự và chỉ đạo cuộc họp có Chủ tịch HĐTV – Luyện Công Minh, Tổng giám đốc TCT - Nguyễn Anh Tuấn cùng các đồng chí Phó TGĐ, các UV HĐ thành viên TCT cùng đại diện Ban kiểm soát, lãnh đạo chủ chốt các đơn vị thành viên thuộc Ban Bất động sản.
Năm 2012, dù thị trường Bất động sản trong nước có nhiều biến động, tuy nhiên dưới sự định hướng đúng đắn của lãnh đạo TCT, Ban Bất động sản đã chủ động vượt khó và đã khẳng định bằng việc hoàn thành cũng như triển khai khởi công nhiều dự án BĐS thiết thực và đầy hiệu quả.
Cụ thể BĐS đã triển khai đầu tư và khai thác hiệu quả các dự án trọng điểm theo kế hoạch, tiến độ đã đặt ra , đồng thời triển khai đồng bộ các hạng mục dịch vụ công cộng, hạ tầng xã hội (giáo dục, TT thể thao, dịch vụ thương mại) tại các dự án KĐT và Khu chức năng đô thị đã đầu tư. Bên cạnh đó, Ban BĐS cũng tập trung đẩy nhanh tiến độ thực hiện của các dự án nhà ở thu nhập thấp, nhà ở xã hội, nhà ở thương mại; ứng dụng công nghệ mới trong thi công, kết hợp đầu tư chiều sâu năng lực của các đơn vị xây lắp nhằm rút ngắn thời gian thi công, hạ giá thành xây dựng. Đối với các Khu công nghiệp: Đầu tư hoàn chỉnh các hạng mục hạ tầng kỹ thuật về xử lý nước thải, nhà máy xử lý chất thải rắn, nhà máy thu và xử lý nước mặt Sông Cầu tại các KCN Yên Phong, Tiên Sơn; các hạng mục dịch vụ, nhà xưởng cho thuê tại các KCN để thu hút và khai thác hiệu quả đầu tư…

The People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province has issued a Decision approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Viglacera Phu Tho Joint Stock Company as the investor for the project on investment, construction, and business of infrastructure of Phu Ninh Industrial Park, with a total investment capital of nearly VND 2,560 billion.

On January 9, 2026, Viglacera Corporation held the “Conference to Review Production and Business Performance and Investment Results in 2025”. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh, along with representatives of the leadership of the Department of Enterprise Innovation, the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials (Ministry of Construction). On the Viglacera side, the Conference was chaired by Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Manh Huu, General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan, together with the core leadership team across the entire system.
