Thực hiện đúng lộ trình tái cơ cấu: Viglacera hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu kế hoạch SXKD tháng 5 và 5 tháng đầu năm 2014

Nhờ sự nỗ lực của toàn TCT và việc triển khai tái cơ cấu theo đúng lộ trình, tháng 5 và 5 tháng đầu năm 2014, Viglacera tiếp tục thực hiện vượt các chỉ tiêu sản xuất kinh doanh (SXKD) theo kế hoạch đặt ra. Hiệu quả SXKD cũng như năng lực cạnh tranh của Viglacera ngày càng được nâng cao, đánh dấu những bước tiến mạnh mẽ của TCT và tạo nền móng vững chắc để TCT chính thức chuyển đổi sang Công ty cổ phần.

Kết quả hoạt động SXKD của toàn Tổng công ty có những chuyển biến tích cực, các chỉ tiêu chính đều đạt và vượt kế hoạch đề ra. Lũy kế 5 tháng chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận vượt 40% so với kế hoạch; Giá trị SXKD vượt 3% so với kế hoạch và tăng trưởng 26% so với thực hiện cùng kỳ; Doanh thu vượt 4% so với kế hoạch và tăng trưởng 34% so với thực hiện cùng kỳ. Tất cả các lĩnh vực hoạt động SXKD của Tổng công ty đều có lãi.

Theo đó, Nhóm Sứ - Sen vòi – Thương mại, Nhóm Ốp lát, Nhóm Bất động sản là ba nhóm có hoạt động ổn định đạt hiệu quả cao và được Tổng công ty biểu dương.

Đánh giá về kết quả hoạt động SXKD 5 tháng đầu năm, Tổng giám đốc Nguyễn Anh Tuấn cho biết: “Trong 5 tháng đầu năm, TCT Viglacera đã giữ đúng nhịp độ phát triển. Đặc biệt, tháng 5 là tháng có nhiều khó khăn, thách thức nhưng Viglacera đã tập trung điều hành quyết liệt, phát huy nội lực, hoàn thành chỉ tiêu một cách ngoạn mục”.

Với kết quả hoạt động SXKD mà TCT Viglacera đạt được đã khẳng định sự đúng đắn, hiệu quả, chính xác cho: Chiến lược phát triển của Viglacera; Quá trình thực hiện Tái cơ cấu; Công tác quản lý, bổ nhiệm, quy hoạch nguồn nhân lực; Vai trò của Công ty mẹ đối với các đơn vị thành viên và công tác tuyển dụng, đào tạo Nghề của Viglacera.

Tháng 7, TCT sẽ chuyển đổi sang mô hình Công ty cổ phần, vì vậy trong 6 tháng cuối năm, để đảm bảo quyền lợi của các cổ đông, TCT sẽ cố gắng triển khai tốt các nhiệm vụ đặt ra từ đầu năm, bám sát theo các chỉ tiêu SXKD đã đăng ký với Bộ Xây dựng, kế hoạch SXKD sẽ thông qua Đại hội đồng Cổ đông, đồng thời phấn đấu đạt mức các chỉ tiêu SXKD theo kế hoạch tác nghiệp TCT năm 2014.

The People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province has issued a Decision approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Viglacera Phu Tho Joint Stock Company as the investor for the project on investment, construction, and business of infrastructure of Phu Ninh Industrial Park, with a total investment capital of nearly VND 2,560 billion.

AFFIRMING A LEADING POSITION WITH A RECORD CONSOLIDATED PROFIT BEFORE TAX OF VND 2,140 BILLION
On January 9, 2026, Viglacera Corporation held the “Conference to Review Production and Business Performance and Investment Results in 2025”. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh, along with representatives of the leadership of the Department of Enterprise Innovation, the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials (Ministry of Construction). On the Viglacera side, the Conference was chaired by Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Manh Huu, General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan, together with the core leadership team across the entire system.
