Viglacera tổ chức đại hội đại biểu CBCNVC thông qua Phương án Cổ phần hóa Công ty mẹ năm 2013

Căn cứ Nghị định 59/2011/NĐ-CP ngày 18/07/2011 của Chính phủ về việc chuyển doanh nghiệp 100% vốn nhà nước thành công ty cổ phần và các văn bản hướng dẫn; Căn cứ Thông tư liên tịch số 01/2005/TTLT-TLĐLĐVN-BLĐTBXH ngày 16/05/2005 của Tổng Liên đoàn Lao động Việt Nam và Bộ Lao động Thương Binh và Xã hội hướng dẫn về tổ chức và hoạt động của Đại hội CNVC trong công ty nhà nước, ngày 31/07/2013, tại trụ sở TCT số 1 Đại lộ Thăng Long – Hà Nội, TCT Viglacera đã tổ chức đại hội đại biểu CBCNVC bất thường thông qua Phương án Cổ phần hóa Công ty mẹ năm 2013.



Về dự đại hội đại biểu CNVC bất thường Công ty mẹ TCT Viglacera gồm có đồng chí Nguyễn Minh Tuấn – Phó TGĐ TCT; đồng chí Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, PTGĐ TCT; đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn – Chủ tịch Công đoàn TCT, đồng chí Lưu Văn Lấu – UVHĐTV TCT cùng gần 150 đại biểu đại diện cho CBCNV VP Công ty mẹ TCT Viglacera và các đơn vị phụ thuộc.

Đại hội đã thảo luận và quyết nghị các nội dung chính: Thông qua dự thảo phương án CPH Công ty mẹ TCT Viglacera và các nội dung liên quan đến CPH; thông qua dự thảo Điều lệ tổ chức và hoạt động của Công ty CP (sau khi đã tiếp thu ý kiến và sửa đội tại Hội nghị).

Kết thúc Đại hội 100% CBCNV tham dự đã thống nhất với dự thảo Điều lệ tổ chức và hoạt động của Công ty CP được trình bày tóm tắt tại Đại hội và các góp ý sửa đổi, bổ sung. Bản dự thảo Điều lệ này sẽ tiếp tục được hoàn thiện để trình Đại hội đồng lần đầu thông qua chính thức.

Viglacera approved as investor of Phu Ninh Industrial Park Project in Phu Tho
The People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province has issued a Decision approving the investment policy and simultaneously approving Viglacera Phu Tho Joint Stock Company as the investor for the project on investment, construction, and business of infrastructure of Phu Ninh Industrial Park, with a total investment capital of nearly VND 2,560 billion.

AFFIRMING A LEADING POSITION WITH A RECORD CONSOLIDATED PROFIT BEFORE TAX OF VND 2,140 BILLION
On January 9, 2026, Viglacera Corporation held the “Conference to Review Production and Business Performance and Investment Results in 2025”. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh, along with representatives of the leadership of the Department of Enterprise Innovation, the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials (Ministry of Construction). On the Viglacera side, the Conference was chaired by Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Manh Huu, General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan, together with the core leadership team across the entire system.
