Joining the festive atmosphere of the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival, Viglacera Corporation – JSC and its member companies organized a wide range of activities for the children of employees and workers. Bringing the children a joyful and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival, these activities also reflect Viglacera’s care for the family life of its employees, contributing to a more connected and people-oriented workplace culture.

Supporting young talents on their journey to shape the future, on September 17, 2026, on the occasion of the opening ceremony of the 2026–2027 academic year, Viglacera Corporation – JSC presented Hanoi Architectural University with a scholarship package worth VND 200 million. Beyond providing practical support, the initiative reaffirms Viglacera’s long-term commitment to partnering with the University in developing high-quality human resources, contributing to the advancement of the construction sector and the country in a new era.

To promptly update its workforce on changes to the legal framework and enhance employees’ professional capabilities, Viglacera Corporation – JSC organized a two-day training course entitled “Dissemination of Construction Law No. 135/2025/QH15 and the System of New Decrees and Circulars Effective from July 1, 2026,” held on September 11–12, 2026, at Viglacera’s headquarters.

On the morning of August 28, 2026, the Dai Mo Ward Party Committee solemnly held a ceremony to present Party Membership Badges in the second round of September 2, 2026, in celebration of the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2026).

In late August 2026, at the invitation of the Belarusian Construction and Building Materials Manufacturing Industry Trade Union, a delegation of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, led by Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong – President of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, paid a visit and held working sessions in the Republic of Belarus. The delegation included Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan – President of the Trade Union of Viglacera Corporation – JSC, together with representatives of a number of organizations and units within Vietnam’s construction sector.

To celebrate the 52nd anniversary of Viglacera Corporation – JSC and the 97th anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Trade Union of Viglacera Corporation – JSC and the trade unions of its member companies jointly organized the “Trade Union Meal” program. More than simply enhancing the quality of employees’ daily meals, the initiative reflected the genuine care and commitment of the Corporation’s leadership and the trade union toward union members and employees, helping to cultivate a more connected, caring and people-centered workplace.

Joining the nationwide celebrations of the country's major anniversaries, the 97th anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 – July 28, 2026), and the ongoing efforts to promote a vibrant cultural and sporting environment across the construction industry, the 2026 Construction Industry Pickleball Championship brought together hundreds of athletes representing government agencies, organizations and enterprises throughout the sector.

Beyond being honored at the 2026 National Conference Commending Outstanding Role Models, Skilled Workers, and Creative Employees of Vietnam's Construction Industry, the delegation from Viglacera Corporation also embarked on a meaningful journey to the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site and the Truong Bon National Historical Relic Site. The trip became a source of inspiration for the Corporation's exemplary employees to further cultivate their spirit of dedication, innovation, and responsibility in their work.

Angsana Quan Lan (28 May) – In the solemn atmosphere as the entire Corporation is looking forward to the 52nd anniversary of its establishment, the traditional gathering between the leadership of Viglacera Corporation – JSC and the Corporation’s Retirees Liaison Committee took place as a bridge connecting a glorious past with a solid present.

Throughout the development journey of an enterprise, employees are always at the center of every strategy and are also the driving force creating sustainable internal strength. With a spirit of democracy and solidarity, Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2026 Employee Delegates Conference. This is an important event to review activities in 2025, unify objectives and tasks for the new year, and continue affirming the role of connection between the enterprise and employees.

On November 29, 2025, in Hanoi, the Trade Union of VIGLACERA Corporation – JSC held its 11th Delegates’ Congress for the 2025–2030 term. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, attended and delivered keynote guidance at the Congress.

Implementing the plan of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union and the 2020 work program of the Corporation's Trade Union, the Corporation's Standing Committee has developed a plan to organize activities to care for union members, employees on the occasion of New Year's Eve 2021 and the Tan Suu Lunar New Year.
