Angsana Quan Lan (28 May) – In the solemn atmosphere as the entire Corporation is looking forward to the 52nd anniversary of its establishment, the traditional gathering between the leadership of Viglacera Corporation – JSC and the Corporation’s Retirees Liaison Committee took place as a bridge connecting a glorious past with a solid present.

Throughout the development journey of an enterprise, employees are always at the center of every strategy and are also the driving force creating sustainable internal strength. With a spirit of democracy and solidarity, Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2026 Employee Delegates Conference. This is an important event to review activities in 2025, unify objectives and tasks for the new year, and continue affirming the role of connection between the enterprise and employees.

On November 29, 2025, in Hanoi, the Trade Union of VIGLACERA Corporation – JSC held its 11th Delegates’ Congress for the 2025–2030 term. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, attended and delivered keynote guidance at the Congress.

Implementing the plan of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union and the 2020 work program of the Corporation's Trade Union, the Corporation's Standing Committee has developed a plan to organize activities to care for union members, employees on the occasion of New Year's Eve 2021 and the Tan Suu Lunar New Year.

Thoroughly grasp the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh: "Emulation means patriotism, patriotism must emulate" and implement guidelines and directives of the Party and State on emulation and commendation. Implementing the guidance and direction of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council, the 5th National Congress of Patriotic Emulation of Construction Industry (period 2020 - 2025) to evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movement and commendation work. Industry bonus; praising the achievements of creative labor, honoring outstanding collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movement.

On November 24, the delegation of Viglacera Corporation led by Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Corporation Trade Union of the Corporation visited and offered gifts to support and motivate people in 3 communes the most severe damage is in Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province, overcoming the consequences and soon stabilizing life.

On September 5, 2020, on the occasion of the opening new school year, the Party Committee of Viglacera Corporation - JSC together with the Fatherland Front Committee and Cau Giay District Labor Federation visited and presented gifts at the village of Birla children - The place is nurturing nearly 100 children with special circumstances of Hanoi City.

Until end of March 2019, 27 Business Units of Viglacera Corporation successfully hold Labor Conference and Workplace Dialogue between employers and employees based on Decree 149/2018 of the Government on implementing democratic statue in Units.

On November 8th, 2018, at the Trade Union Office of Viglacera Corporation, the conference took place at the 5th Executive Committee meeting, the IX course, the term of 2017 - 2022. There were 21 official delegates attending the conference.

With the exciting atmosphere to celebrate the 88th anniversary of Vietnam Women's Union (20/10/1930 - 20/10/2018), in order to facilitate exchanges and promote creativity and skillfulness of staff and employeé, especially women, Viglacera Trade Union organized a flower arrangement competition in association with the image of Vietnamese women. The competition brought together 25 teams from units trade unions belonging to the Corporation's trade union

With 44 years of continuous development, Viglacera has marked the milestones in the history of development of the building materials and real estate sector in Vietnam with many new, high tech and environmentally-friendly products, modern and dynamic industrial parks, high-end urban areas, and social housing.
