The project covers an area of nearly 45 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 9.3 trillion, of which nearly VND 617 billion is allocated for compensation and resettlement. The land fund reserved for social housing construction is more than 13 hectares, while that for commercial housing is over 3.3 hectares.
