Singapore Institute of Estate Agents to visit Viglacera - Dang Xa Urban Area
In the afternoon of 26/10/2015, the delegation of Institute of Estate Agents, Singapore led by Chairman Jeff Foo, Vice Chairman Harry Yeo, along with Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam. Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), visited and worked in Dang Xa Urban Area - Gia Lam - Hanoi. Singapore Institute of Estate Agents paid special attention to social housing, housing for low-income people in the urban area. This project is developed by Viglacera Corporation - JSC.

Viglacera: Groundbreaking Ceremony of Viglacera Phong Dien Industrial Zone – Thua Thien Hue
Toward the 15th Party Congress in Hue, tenure 2015-2020, Viglacera Corporation - JSC held a groundbreaking ceremony for Phong Dien Industrial Zone - Viglacera in Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province. On 24/9, Viglacera Corporation - JSC held a launching ceremony of VISAHO Joint Stock Company in Thang Long Number One building at Number 1 Thang Long Highway, Ha Noi. The company was founded by four leading shareholders in real estate investment sector, managed and operated in Japan and Vietnam. The establishment of the company marked the synchronous development of Viglacera from investment to operation in the real estate segment.

The first social housing for lease at Hanoi has officially started to operate
Most of families curently have moved in to the Dang Xa social housing for lease at Dang Xa Urban Area - Gia Lam - Hanoi. This project is the first social housing for lease in Hanoi that was actively invested by enterprise. The project built on plots of NO3 and NO4 at Dang Xa Urban Area 2 of Viglacera Corporation, with total area of 10,000 m2, including two 6-floors buildings, 270 apartments of 45, 47, 60 and 69, 5m2 and leasing prises from over 1 million to 2 million VND per month.
